Reviewers' Guidelines for Manuscript Evaluation

The Editorial Board sincerely appreciates the valuable contribution of reviewers in maintaining the quality, integrity, and scholarly standards of the journal. Peer review is a vital component of academic publishing and plays a crucial role in ensuring the publication of high-quality, original, and ethically sound research.
Reviewers are requested to evaluate manuscripts objectively, fairly, and confidentially while adhering to the following guidelines.

1. Reviewers are expected to:

• Accept review invitations only when they possess appropriate expertise.
• Complete the review within the stipulated timeframe.
• Inform the editor immediately if they are unable to review or require additional time.
• Maintain complete confidentiality regarding the manuscript and its contents.
• Declare any actual or potential conflict of interest before accepting the review.
• Provide objective, unbiased, and constructive comments supported by scholarly reasoning.
• Refrain from using unpublished information for personal or professional advantage.

2. All manuscripts received for review are confidential documents. The Reviewers shall:

• Not share manuscripts with colleagues or students without prior editorial permission.
• Not discuss the manuscript with anyone outside the editorial process.
• Not retain or distribute copies after completion of the review.
• Delete manuscript files after the review process, if requested by the journal.

3. Reviewers should decline the review if they have any conflict of interest, including but not limited to:

• Current or recent collaboration with the author(s).
• Employment at the same institution.
• Personal or professional relationships that may influence judgment.
• Financial or commercial interests related to the research.
• Any circumstance that may compromise impartiality.

4. Reviewers should report any concerns regarding:

• Duplicate or redundant publication.
• Fabricated or falsified data.
• Inappropriate citation practices or citation manipulation.
Suspected ethical concerns should be communicated confidentially to the Editor.

5. Reviewers should assess the manuscript based on the following criteria.

• The originality of the work and contribution to new knowledge to the discipline
• Current and comprehensive literature review
• Proper Identification of research gap
• clarity of Research Design and Methodology
• Data Analysis and Interpretation
• Critical communication of findings
• Presentation Quality

6. Reviewer Comments:

The reviewers should provide comments/ suggestions for authors to help improve the manuscript on methodological improvements, areas requiring revision, missing references, language inconsistencies. (not limited to these only)
Comments should remain respectful, professional, and free from personal criticism.
Reviewers may recommend one of the following:
• Accept without revision
• Accept with minor revisions
• Major revisions required
• Resubmit after substantial revision
• Reject
The final publication decision rests solely with the Chief Editor.

7. Review Timeline

Reviewers are requested to:
• Accept or decline the review invitation promptly.
• Submit the completed review within the prescribed review period.
• Inform the Editorial Office immediately if delays are unavoidable.
